Oscar did an amazing job! There was a leak from an improper solder on the HVAC unit. He took his time to find the problem, fix it and then made sure it properly worked again! Very friendly and amazing customer support. Give the man a raise!

I found IAQ responsive and quick to schedule my service. Our tech, Oscar, was skilled, timely, and explained in detail why the repair was needed and the steps he would take along the way to fix the issue. The labor cost was high, but 1) in my experience, everything related to HVAC is costly and 2) the responsive and friendly customer service - especially compared to the company I used to use - was a big plus. Will use the company again.
