Our tech, Oscar, was skilled, timely, and explained in detail why the repair was needed and the steps he would take along the way to fix the issue. The labor cost was high, but 1) in my experience, everything related to HVAC is costly and 2) the responsive and friendly customer service - especially compared to the company I used to use - was a big plus. Will use the company again.
